You may be fresh out of university making sense of the world of work, with a desire to prioritise your health and wellbeing too! or maybe you are looking to broaden your career, start a family, embracing the role of a being a mother whilst juggling work and commitments too, or your beginning to go through the experiences of menopause whilst working and juggling life! All of these life stages can come with highs and lows, chaos and calm and let’s not forget some curve balls.

I get it, I truly do. I’ve trailblazed my own path through all of these stages. There is no rule book, quick fixes, or book 101, but deep within you will know the answers to the questions. You will know what is right for your own health, your own wellbeing and in turn, the way you live your life and work. Trust yourself first. Always.
